Reach Out for Help
Together we will find your path to the life that makes you happy.
Trying to restrict your life, expectations, or interests to societal norms might make you feel like you’re failing but you are not a failure.
You can create the support you need to thrive. There is no reason to do that alone. I am available to answer your questions, provide guidance, and listen with no judgement.
Put Your Health First
Taking care of yourself is the most important thing you can do to. It is not easy. Sometimes we need help figuring out where to start.
Stress can take a horrendous toll on your health and result in life-threatening conditions.
Accessing healthcare can be lifesaving and connecting with the right provider makes all the difference. In my experience in the US, accessing healthcare can be expensive, daunting, and unreliable. It can take months or years but there is help out there.
Find Hope & Happiness
Connecting with a Skills Coach is one way to be held accountable and talk openly about navigating different paths to achieve your goals. Peer level support also offers validation.
You can overcome any barrier in your way. You have to believe in yourself, find sources of positivity in your life, and decide to be happy daily.
The more time you invest in yourself and developing healthy habits, the happier you will be.
Social media exposes us to unrealistic expectations for our body, relationships, and lives. Taking time away is one way to reconnect with your own body, thoughts, and feelings. Practicing creativity can help reduce anxiety. Being in nature has positive impacts on our health.

Negative self-talk or perception is common for neurodivergent women. Change is possible.
My Approach
The work that matters is how we show up in our day to day lives. In my opinion, meeting with a coach for ADHD, Autism , or life skills should be as easy as scheduling a hair or nail appointment. Get to know who you’re meeting, find someone in your budget, and choose someone you’re comfortable with. Plus, some of us may enjoy visits bi-weekly, every 4 weeks, or when an important occasion arises. We need more support available for help navigating the resources available to women with Autism and ADHD. So, who can you turn to? A Skills Coach you can trust.
We’re impulsive and sometimes desperate for things to get better. That puts people with Autism and ADHD at a higher risk of investing in expensive self-help ploys or pyramid schemes. It also increases the risk of addiction, domestic violence, and other issues.
During our session we’ll focus on finding paths to your goals, what motivates you, and taking control of your time. My mission is to be flexible so that people who might otherwise stay silent reach out for help. It’s hard to talk about struggles, trauma, and some of our most embarrassing or regrettable moments. When I don’t have the answers you need, I will do my best to help you get to the right people.

Thankfully there is growth ahead and we are in control of our future. I will help you integrate tools and build routines. I’m always learning, and I think the best way to make a better future for girls is to pave our own way. Let's discuss what has worked versus what didn’t. Please come with an open mind and willingness to try. Managing your mental health and living a happy fulfilling life is possible. The answers are inside of you.

The challenges are easier to navigate when you know what you're dealing with. If you are a woman with Autism or ADHD and you have not read about it in the last five years, get to it! If you are not a reader, explore YouTube or podcasts. There is so much incredible information being shared.

Since many of us are busy, we need some direction, that is where I come in. When you choose me as your Coach, you can schedule online at your convenience. No gimmicks or secret sales promo.
There are a lot of great groups out there that I may encourage you to join. I have met some amazing, intelligent women who create spaces to share wisdom and uplift others. I want you to find those spaces for yourself, there is a niche for everyone! Making friends might not be your strong suit, but we all need connection.

Diagnosed in Childhood - Many women who were diagnosed as children were forced to mask their symptoms and work harder to achieve their goals. Medical professioanls were not recognizing a dual diagnosis of Autism and ADHD until 2013. If you were evalutated in childhood, you may want to reconnect with a provider. It is common for us to develop anxiety and depression, among other health conditions (the list is long). Talking with a Skills Coach can be helpful to reframe your thoughts and find motivation to do what matters to you most.

Late Diagnosis - Many more women are identifying Autism and ADHD as adults and seeking out testing or treatment themselves. In some cases, they receive other diagnoses that don't feel right and do more research on their own, as they study it becomes clear that their neurodivergence is the core of all the other issues they've been treated for. Connecting with a Skills Coach is a way to work on personal development. It is also a great way to learn while you await evaluations or to supplement other forms of care.
